The team program at Kurt Thomas Gymnastics is divided into three sections, Developmental, Compulsory and Optional.
The Developmental team program consists of KT Stars and Hot Shots. Kt Stars is a level 4 recreational team that competes in two in-house meets a year. Our Hot Shots group is a level 3 feeder program into our USAG Competition team. This team is by coach recommendation only.
Our Compulsory Team consists of USAG levels 3, 4, 5 and 6.
The focus of this program is that of our youngest competitive gymnasts in entry-level gymnastic skills, conditioning, performance skills and technique. These important levels introduce the parents and the athlete to competition. This team is by audition/try-out only.

Our Optional Team consists of USAG levels 7 through International Elite. The Optional Team Program sets higher standards as they build on their basics and strive for excellence.
