TUMBLING PROGRAM




























We offer a variety of tumbling classes:

Beginner Tumbling - Level 1 - Learn the basics of tumbling - up to backwalkovers and back handsprings!  55 minutes focused on strength, power and technique.

Intermediate/Advanced Tumbling - Level 2 and 3 - 55 minutes focused on strength, power, technique and developing higher level tumbling skills including front tumbling and twisting!

Squad/Group Tumbling - Bring your entire squad in for a class designed just for your team!  We will tailor a class to your squads particular goals and needs.  This will be a closed class with just your team/squad members!  Use the spring floor, cheer surface, tumble track, rocket floor and trampolines as a squad!

Tumbling for Dancers - This is a unique tumbling class that focuses on the needs of competition / company dancers.  We focus on tumbling skills that can be utilized on a stage such as aerials, walkovers and backhandsprings.
