Kurt Thomas Gymnastics specializes in training athletes ages 3 through 18 in Frisco, Texas. It is not a franchise, but a privately owned family business with a love for children and the sport of gymnastics. As we enter our 24th year in the Dallas area we hold true to the values, integrity and coaching style that we founded our gym on – fun, positive training with an attention to detail. Instructors are selected on the basis of their personality and their ability and desire to work with children in a positive way. Each instructor is trained through the program, USA Gymnastics and also has passed a thorough background check and is SafeSport Certified. Our instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, kind, love children and love the sport of gymnastics!

We are a USAG Member Club and a Safe Sport Facility. All coaches are CPR Certified, U100 Certified and trained and supervised with Safe Sport Guidelines. All team coaches are background checked, Safety Certified, CPR Certified and follow the guidelines set by Safe Sport and USA Gymnastics.

Many of our club policies were used and adapted for the new Safe Sport Program for USA Gymnastics, as the standard of care that they want achieved across the country.

COVID UPDATE

As a business we remain committed to the safety of our athletes, staff and visitors. As circumstances continue to evolve, we have asked ourselves how we can best serve or customers and keep developing athletes in the safest environment possible. We will continue to require all adults in the building, including coaches and parents in the lobby, to wear a mask. We will also continue to take coaches and athletes temperatures. We will re-evaluate at the end of March, and take things slow. We are so ready to get back to some sense of normalcy, but think that the slow approach will allow us to keep the athletes in the safest environment possible. We are constantly monitoring the situation and weighing all recommendations / guidelines from the CDC. Thank you for your continued support and patience.
