Letter from a Parent

We recently received a thoughtful email that really stood out to us. We’d like to share it with you here:

Good Morning,

I had a parent just call the front desk from last weeks competition- I believe it was the Eagles wing district qualifier. She gave me a call and told me me how amazed and impressed she was at Kurt Thomas.

She’s a parent from another team called precision. That weekend in competition for their level 2 girls, there coach was running late for warm up. She expressed to me how concerned she was at the coach’s absence and that it was the girls first competition. She was starting to lead the girls or try to when our coaches from level 2 approached her. They told her that her group of girls could join the Kurt Thomas girls for warm up before competition. she expressed to me how grateful, thankful, and amazing the coaches were and the team.

She wanted me to send an email to you to let you know she is extremely impressed with Kurt Thomas’s coaches and teams for their sportsmanship and teaching philosophy. She was so thankful and grateful that the coaches took time to include her girls in the process and asked me if you could let them know her gratitude and appreciation. She said her girls felt welcomed and seemed to loose their nervousness when they started practicing with the Kurt Thomas girls. She didn’t know the coaches who helped her but she was very impressed and said she hasn’t seen that type of leadership and respect in a gym for a long time.
